ANG'ATA SERENGETI Camp in Seronera, at the heart of the Serengeti, is ideal for game drives across all regions of the National Park. Set in beautiful surroundings overlooking the plains and valleys, and surrounded by wildlife,
A spacious camp with 12 large tents, including a two-tent family unit, a lounge and a dining tent. Each tent has a private bathroom with shower, vanity and flush toilet. On request, a king-size bed or two single beds are available.
The lounge is the perfect place to meet other travelers and share safari stories while enjoying a complimentary cup of Tanzanian coffee or tea. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the dining tent, prepared daily by our chefs. The Bush TV (the local name for the campfire) is lit when the weather allows.
CAMP LOCATION
Located in Seronera, the central region of Serengeti National Park, the camp allows easy game drives into most of the Serengeti's regions. In a day's travel you can reach Moru Kopjes and Maasai Kopjes with their rock paintings and the N'gong rocks to the south; the Grumeti River and the western corridor; Retima Hippo Pool and even the Lobo area to the north; or explore Turner Springs to the west, if you have already explored the Seronera region. Nearby are the Serengeti Visitor Centre, the Research Centre and the headquarters of the Frankfurt Zoological Society. Seronera airstrip is a 15-minute drive away.
